Our History
333 Exhibition Street has been a private exclusive residential apartment building for long-term residents for many years.
Our building has had an interesting history.
Our community
Our building is in Melbourne's premier city precinct. There are many reasons why this is the best place to live, work and recreate in Melbourne’s city.
August 1985
Stockland acquired the property at 333 Exhibition Street
1986

1989

1990
Stockland constructed the 333 Exhibition Street mixed-use complex in 1990 based on the 1986 design that included a separate section for an apartment hotel - apartments were strata-titled and leased back to Seville Hotel Group, which was owned by Stockland

Was later renamed Saville Park Suites

Was later renamed Mantra on the Park

Accor abandoned its business, the hotel ended and the building became private residences with long-term residents
