About our Owners Corporation
What is an Owners Corporation?
Each property owner at333 Exhibition Street is a member of the Owners Corporation. The Owners Corporation Act 2006 enables the Owners Corporation to manage our facilities and common areas, maintain our properties and enforce the Owners Corporation rules attached to each property title.
The Owners Corporation contracts:
- Owner Corporation management to Bluestone OCM
- Building Management to an external organisation.
How are our Owners Corporations made up?
- All exteriors including architectural canopies: Owners Corporation (OC) 1
- Office space in podium area: OC2
- Car park and recreation building:
- Car park: OC4
- Level 6 facilities: OC3
Annual General Meeting
The Owners Corporation Annual General Meeting is open to all property owners (members).
The Owners Corporation Committee is elected at the AGM and empowered to make decisions on behalf of all property owners.
Each owner receives relevant documents at least two weeks before the AGM.
The AGM is generally held by online video in late September each year.
What is the Owners Corporation Committee?
The Owners Corporation Committee is elected to represent the collective interests of all members.
This includes:
- ensuring prudent financial managment
- upholding property values
- ongoing maintenance and investment
- continuous, fair and equitable enforcement of the Owners Corporation Rules.
The OC and the Committee cannot make decisions that benefit the interests of a lobbying few, puts commercial interest above those of its members, or those with conflicts of interest.
The Committee of the Owners Corporation meets every six weeks.
It has Subcommittees:
- Finance
- Building operations.
